About The Role Based in the Sydney CBD flagship boutique, this role offers the opportunity to represent a global leader in luxury fashion. You will deliver a personalised experience that reflects the brand’s values of service, quality and style. Provide an elevated client experience through tailored and consultative service Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain detailed client records Offer styling advice and support across Ready-to-Wear and Made-to-Measure collections Demonstrate strong product knowledge in fabrics, fits and craftsmanship Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets Maintain store presentation to the highest brand standards Assist with boutique operations including stock management and after-sales care Experience Checklist: Previous experience in premium or luxury fashion retail, ideally within menswear or a client-focused environment A genuine passion for craftsmanship, tailoring and Made-to-Measure services, with an appreciation for quality and detail Excellent communication skills with a confident and polished presentation that reflects the standards of luxury retail A natural ability to connect with clients, understand their needs and create meaningful, long-term relationships A strong commitment to providing an exceptional level of service and maintaining brand integrity at all times The motivation to grow within a globally recognised fashion house and develop a lasting career in the world of luxury What's Next?
